CHACHAPOYAS adventure TREK

The Chachapoyas Adventure Trek is a full-on Chachapoyas experience. We start our journey in the land of the Warriors of the Clouds,  with some days of altitude acclimatization, visiting Huancas, Gocta Waterfall and Kuelap. Afterwards we head south to Leymebamba and start our seven day trek to the remote and magical Chachapoya remains of Vira Vira. We end the tour in Cajamarca with a half day tour of the city and stay in the Laguna Seca hotel which has thermal water flowing in every room.

  Day 1 Fly to Chachapoyas and hike along the Sonche Canyon.  Night in La Xalca Hotel.
  
  Day 2  Gocta Waterfall. Night in Chachapoyas.
  
  Day 3 Kuelap and on to Leymebamba. Night in Leymebamba.  
  
  Day 4 Trek to Tajopampa.  Camping.
  
  Day 5 Trek: La Petaca, Diablo Huasi, Boveda.  Camping.
  
  Day 6 Trek: Timbambo/Papamarca Atuen.  Camping.
  
  Day 7 Trek: Ina trail over Ullila Pass. Camping.
  
  Day 8 Trek: To Huayabamba Camp.
  
  Day 9 Hike to Vira Vira.  Night at Huayabamba Camp.
  
  Day 10 Trek to Uchucmarca.  Camping.
  
  Day 11 Drive to Cajamarca.  Night at Laguna Seca
  
  Day 12 Half day tour in Cajamarca. R&R at hotel.
  
  Day 13 On to your next destination.
